One comment to smelly breath: I once did everything you described and still couldn't get rid of it - even specialized dentists couldn't help me much. The gamechanger for me was using a probiotic dental repair lozenge twice a day - and the smelly breath was history (it just contains many good bacteria for your oral flora - your oral cavity is never sterile). One major factor causing the smell was drinking to much diet soft drinks, by the way - the artificial sweeteners can sometimes lead to bad breath. Excellent channel! Keep up the good work!

1. I would also recommend a soapy nail brush in the shower for both feet and nails. I remember being surprised seeing 3 well-groomed guys getting peds when I was getting one at the beginning of the summer. In Austin's hot weather where even classy men wear leather flip flops 9 months of the year , it makes a big difference. 2. I once dated a guy with decent brows (no Frida Kahlo unibrow), but there were some extra long hairs sticking up and out. I made sure to get intimate enough to take a tiny brush & scissors out of my purse, brush one brow straight up toward the hairline, and carefully trim the rogue hairs right at the top of the brow line. Then I handed brush-and-scissors to him and said, "Now, you do the other one." I left him the utensils. My work here was done. 3. Not every guy can wear the 5-o'clock shadow look, depends on the jawline (trying to accentuate or disguise? Are you impeccably groomed otherwise?) Even if I like the look, I sometimes didn't like the feel in bed. (Friend zone!) Maybe what is needed is a super beard-softening product. Tattoos also only look good if you are otherwise fit and well-groomed. 4. Good vid! We must all do our part to beautify this sad world.

This is a really excellent guide you’ve put together. I think you’ve covered just about every fault coupled with achievable suggestions. I’d like to add a note on skincare - particularly dry or ashy skin around the elbows and ankles. As the weather warms and our wardrobes transitions to show more skin, something I often notice in men are very dry and ashen skin around the elbows, ankles, or knees. Some vaseline or a thick occlusive moisturiser after showering and before bed is really good for tidying up those areas.

As someone who used to bite their nails since childhood and stopped around 4 years ago. I've found that wearing gloves often, painting your nails with transparent gel, or putting non-pleasant-tasting beauty products on your nails or fingers can be a very good deterrent. Also don't forget how gross they make you feel from others and from yourself. Some people completely invalidate your hygiene care when they see your bitten nails, and when you fix that problem, you'll be very happy with yourself and have a lot more self-care options for your nails, trust me 😁

I want to add to my flaky skin bros also doublecheck for seborrheic dermatitis, maybe you don't have dry death skin or dandruff but this condition, there are like shampoos and creams for it that won't break the bank (the secret is the active ingredients, see what works and is available in your country), it's more common than you think but many people don't talk about it because they are afraid of being judged as nasties with bad hygiene or something because they don't know what's going on

Do not pop pimples! Leave them alone. Popping them or removing them by other means only makes it worse and will give you the possibility of acne scarring. If you're in puberty, pimples are a normal thing and you shouldn't be ashamed of them. Eat healthy, work out and don't touch your face too often and you will get rid of pimples/acne in your face, but do not pop them, you're only making it worse! I hardly disagree with mistake 4, a pimple is not meant to be popped, it was a human mechanism to fight a bacteria and hormonal function in human, when you popped it, the bacteria outside can get in to those newly popped pimple, especially with those dirty hand of yours. A pimple is meant to left it be, as it was a healing mechanism, just let it be and it will disappear anyway. The solution in my opinion is to sacrifice 1 or 2 month with those pimple in your face, it's okay if people see it, especially if you are a teenager, it's normal, it will eventually disappear by the time, hold your urge to pop it, please. All you can really do is take care of your diet, sleep (drop your video game at night), exercise (ALWAYS take a shower after), buy a towel that use only for your face, don't use 1 towel for your body, hair, and face at once (nasty), and don't touch your face (use clean tissue if it itchy or clean your hand before your touch your face).
