A song from my youth. One of the joys of listening to a channel like this is that it reminds you of songs you long forgot about, but as soon as the song starts to play, you remember it and it takes you back. Amazing how it can be years and even decades since you've heard a song, but it's in your brain there somewhere and though your conscious mind has lost track of it, it is imprinted in your memory files somewhere deep in your brain. It all comes back so easily. Thanks guys.

Your appreciation for Bread warms my heart. Like the Carpenters, Bread flew against the grain of where popular music was going from the late 60's through the mid 70's. Where bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd and Queen (too name but a few) blazed a far heavier path. Drowning out Bread and the Carpenters on the big stage, but never in our hearts. Their music has proven too stand the test of time and two young people like yourselves are a testament to that. Bread does have a hard rock song that was a big hit for them titled "Mother Freedom'. You both may want to check it out for another side of Bread. It's a great song. I truly enjoy your reactions. Cheers, RNB

Amen Brotha! I looooove their music soooooo much!!! Growing up in the 70s, I was such a shy, sensitive soul(still am lol) as a little girl, and hearing their songs on the radio, always seemed to touch a very special part of me, and I've never forgotten them. "Goodbye Girl", and "Aubrey" are two of my faves, along with this one of course. They were/are such a special part of the soundtrack of our youth. So nice to see their music come full circle with newer generations, and touch them just as much. Would love to see you guys do more Don Henley as well, he has some beautiful songs as a solo artist as well as with the Eagles. Thank u fam🥰🙏🏽

@@magneto7930 Hi MAGNETO,I think you're 100% correct. As a song, it's a bit more 2 dimensional when compared to their acoustic guitar with strings/ storytelling/tugging of the heart strings super ballads. Great reaction! Bread was one of those bands you never let your friends know you liked or had in your record collection. Like, in the 70’s there were vinyl records and there were racks and shelves people bought and placed near their stereos called Hi-Fi’s which were usually in the living room and people would come over and you’d let them pick an album to play. Well, some people had a second collection in a closet or a bedroom that had stuff they didn’t want people knowing about.
