cant speak on the spacing, but Groovy said the strap was intended to be "cheap" because had he focused on strap quality he would have had to jump the price. He wanted the plates to be top tier and intended for consumers to get it releathered to their liking, spacing included. but by all accounts, the plates are dope.

I love how every maker says they have the most accurate Crumrine. C4 is the new one. Shoprine is the most accurate and best price. But also, in my opinion, all big golds look good regardless who made it.

I think it comes down to the same ol question. GG or Fandu. Personally, I like the GG more, but the strap needs to be tossed, w Fandu you can get real leather and its only $200 more then GG. Now, youre probably paying $300+ for a new strap, so spending less for Fandu. So is GG worth the extra $100 ish? hmmm

I like the main plate shape of the G, but the artwork on the Fandu looks good. Now if Fandu extends the ends of the main plate it would be perfect

I agree, that and slightly curve the side plates and it'd be an excellent fix up for the Luxe for sure

I have a feeling that the side plates being spaced so far apart was probably done that way for shipping purposes to cut down on the over all size of the parcel which probably helps cuts costs over all. I want A GroovyG Eventually just sold my Luxe the other day so we'll see when I can get it.

I like it the only thing inacurate are the dot line its actually nuget texture on the real crumrine !!! Nice review i maybe grab one and send it to cannuck belt for realether because i am in canada !!! I would need also a trophy nameplate !!!

Yup, the spacing is accurate but the quality of the strap doesn’t make up for it if you want to display it. I prefer them being a tad bit closer together.

That’s how the belt was during the late WCW era when AFX made the cast molding of it as well as when Chris Jericho held it during he WWF era. I’m not a fan of it either but it is technically accurate

So to my knowledge, groovy g is over the brand but a real belt smith made the belt this was casted from. I’m not sure if groovy G’s the belt smith or not.
