Why is no one commenting on all the references of red in the show. Usually this means evil or something. The nurse name is red, Travis car is red, the priest boots are red, one of the other priests was wearing a red cap, when Lois poured vodka in her cup there was what look like blood in the cup, there is so many references to red.

Those little red dots. Like the blurry red digital several places. Like one on each side of priest Charlie's head. And behind Lois in the hospital when she's talking o marshal and nurse is listening behind the glass

I’m onboard with Lois being in the coma or perhaps dead. Travis Kelce has a guide/angel vibe.Like the old saying goes you got to go through hell before you get to heaven. @@bees.857 Yes that is so true! They briefly flashed the ring & medallion and I was watching on my iPad & stopped it, that’s how I could see what was on them. What if there is more than one person involved maybe a sick religious cult. The scenes of the crimes are so elaborate & seem difficult for one person to assemble alone.

Lois is in purgatory fighting for her soul. She's getting chances to right her wrongs being with her husband, forgiving him, helping her daughter, her drinking. The nun and the nurse are probably angels

That’s been the theory my wife and I have believed is happening. Nothing seems real. It’s always cloudy and smoky in every scene. The nurse talks to her so bold and Lo just kinda takes it but doesn’t take shit from any other character. When she talks to Eddie she turns and says it’s like heaven out there as she looks at the garden behind them and he says “we can’t go out there” which makes no sense. When he helps her escape his car is the only one and it’s got a “heavenly glow from the street light above. There’s a scene where Lo is talking at the station and the light shines on her face then fades away then that happens when the priest is talking. The stuff in the dealer makes absolutely no sense unless she’s in a coma. There’s cars on fire all up and down the road as they drive. The gas station guy gives her that survival kit for no reason what so ever. When she has the crash she sees what appears to be the bill head on a body like her puzzle and it’s pushing a IV dolly like in a hospital but when the camera cuts to a wide shot when she hits the pole there’s nothing there. When she brings Eddie home to watch her daughter she tells her “he’s going to protect you like he does me” but we haven’t seen him do anything other than help her escape the hospital, which she suffers no consequences for for some reason. The only thing that gives me pause that she’s in a coma and nothing is real is the scene with the nun and pastor. Why would anything happen when she’s not there if it’s all in her head. I really hope they give us something in the next episode cause we’re about 4 hours in and we have no clue what the hell is happening.

I love how this show is shot and the blocking of the characters. Nurse Redd reminds me of Magenta(from Rocky Horror, or Nation McKinley from Shock Treatment if you're nasty)

I think Ed Laclan is the Grimm Reaper and is going to take Lois to the underworld. Remember when she first meets him and she comments on the beautiful garden. Ed says they can't go there. I think Redd is a figment of Lois imagination. I THINK THE KILLER IS FATHER CHARLES.

@@rasun316 what I did is i watched it on my iPad hit pause & then used my iPhone to enlarge the screen. Ed’s Gold medallion is shown briefly in Episode 4 when he’s at home & Lois is calling him. The Priests ring is shown in episode 2 when he is in his room whipping himself. It’s a silver ring is shown briefly on his table.i tried to do a screen capture on my iPad but the photo just came out black

I bet the purpose of the little jaunt into the desert will be answered later in the show. Alot of times shows like these leave little bits of interest but, don't say what it is about. All that come later on. So, don't worry if the desert thing and the bloody woman were not answered in this episode. Kelce is surprisingly good. At first you see him as Kelce but, as he goes on you forget who he is. He is just Ed. And that is why I feel Kelce is very good. You forget who he really is and you get involved with the character. Looks like he has promise. Nicey is amazing in this. She is so good. There is just not enough you can say about her in this show. aT this point I look to Kelce, Father and that nasty nurse - one of them did this.
