My son came to be my caregiver after I had surgery. I have been blessed and am recovering nicely. My doctors are dedicated to their patients. It took awhile, but I'm doing good. As a special treat for me, once in awhile, is when my son comes home from getting groceries, he stops by McDonald's and gets me a Big Mac. Yes, I still love them. 😂😂 So, this will be a fun recipe. Back in the early 90s, I attended culinary school in Pittsburgh. I figured since I love to cook it would be a good fit. For me, all it did was make me so self conscious about the cooking process, something I never was, that it was taking away my enjoyment from it all. I decided I'd rather be just a good home cook instead so I dropped out after 6 months and went to nursing school. It took me about a year to enjoy cooking again like I did before. Your recipes and style of cooking is the way I enjoy doing things in the kitchen. Oh!, and nursing never interfered with my love of cooking.
