Only I’m adding extra extra spinach because I really love it & my family as well!! BTW Roughly 1-1/2 Pounds of raw skinless, boneless chicken breast meat equals 3 cups cooked. Yum. Wonderful recipe. Rotisserie chickens are a wonderful bargain. After deboning, I use the carcass to make chicken stock. I can get a yield about about two quarts of quality stock, worth the price of the chicken alone.

Thank you Catherine, I just boiled a 10 pound bag of chicken 🐔 Quarters last night & de- boned all the chicken and was looking for different recipes then my normal recipes . As I'm have spinal fusion surgery October 17, 2022 out here in The woodlands and will b in the hospital for 5-6 days - but I wanted to help my husband & daughter n law for when I get home - This will help - Which ones would you recommend is good to freeze - Also ON the onion topping ones can I just use Ritz cracker on top ? That looked really good, I'd probably use bow- tie pasta, or " broken up linguine" , lol. ( other than the Elbow Macaroni). ... It's similar to Ranch Chix .that my mom would make. I have made the Chix w Gravy Casserole, I put a bit of heavy cream,and a tiny bit of sour cream in the potatoes...I like my gravy thicker, so I just simmered it for a few minutes on the stove top ,before using it. ( one could also make a slurry to thicken it up a bit, when on the stove top. ):)

.... you could also freeze them, to have " freezer meals" with the portion you want, and your supper would be ready in no time ! :) Freezer meals usually keep for 1 to 2 months.

Great great video in the last casserole with the mashed potatoes.
