I had learned this intuitively through practicing Kung Fu, but haven't heard it articulated so clearly till your explanation here. Thanks!

This is so useful thank you, it's helped me think in a different way in terms of connecting with the ground and where the energy comes from and to in certain moves. I was a bgirl when I was younger, before KZbin or any other inspiration than the bboys around me or on VHS! I basically didn't have a clue what I was doing and didn't fulfil my potential with floorwork. I'm now 48 and literally learned more from a couple of weeks of your tutorials than I did back then. I'm definitely not going to take up breaking again, it'll be more hip op than hip hop, but the fundamental flow is so good for the body and mind. I now teach and perform tribal fusion and I've upped a notch with pathways and strength since subscribing to your page. Thank you, you make complete sense!!!!

These days a hot topic in golf is ground force, which is something I am trying to get a better understanding of. This was a good introduction.

I’m sure glad the universe gave me your channel, I’m 69 and am sure I am hyper-mobile, it served me well while growing up as I was very flexible but now lots of pain, even spent 15 thousand dollars on PROLOTHERAPY on my neck for instability, thank goodness that worked as it was affecting my eyes I literally could not drive a car, but my shoulders are tight, and my left hip sounds exactly like what you were talking about the shoulder joint as I had a slip and my left leg went sky into the air and stretched something around that hip, and that was 2 Months ago and now I’m not sure how to fix it, as yeah certain exercises make it worse, does it need to heal more or will these exercises you speak of fix the injury or do I need to just rest it please. I will be watching more of your videos but not sure what to do, I know you can’t give me personal advice but if a person in general had this problem what would you suggest, thank you .
