Whenever I grow big, it gives me 99% and tells me I need to collect more yard data but I’ve already got everything

Yard data means you are either missing creature cards or have not discovered all of the locations. This video is specific to the additions brought in with the fully yoked update. The other requirements can be found in earlier videos on the subject from other creators

There’s new game plus so you can befriend the ant queen after you use the remixer

Multiple people have asked this question already. If you infect the queens you cannot achieve 100%

You must befriend them and collect the creature cards for the baby ants. If you infected the ant queens you will have to wait until one of your next playthroughs until you can befriend them again.

No you don't, you can get 100% S without NG, you don't need the Infected Gum Sandwich or Infected Toejam Sandwich.

It is not sorry. Just joining someone's game doesn't do it. You have to collect the totem recipes and the milk molars on your own.

I don't know exactly what is holding you back but I would look at the statues and recipes. After I found all the molars those were the two things that held me back. Specifically the abomination recipe. Other than that I really can't be sure what you are missing.
