Breathslayer is sooo good when paired with the right trinket just wish the blade didn't take up HALF MY SCREEN lmao.

Nice list. Good info Pucker thumper and tingle tongue have the exact same effect while pucker thumper is a slower weapon thus applying the 25 stun (which is a lot) less often. Personally i would've switched those 2 around for that particular reason and that blademaster can keep up the rotation. I suspect your reasoning might be that you pick in the order chopping - busting and slashing last based on what we encounter in the yard hence pucker thumper is B and tingle tongue C tier? I'm trying to stay true to the sword to the bitter end and i've been upgrading the breathslayer for a while now --> +13 and going. Breathslayer is a faster weapon that can benefit from swordmaster to get a lot more of those frost AOE's off compared to the mint mace. The 20% slow you apply is pretty hefty and paired with blademaster dmg reduction its going quite well for me in the upper yard so far. (wearing - mother demon - roly poly - fire ant) Sometimes i take an assasin piece with me and equip the trusty fire ant shield + scimitars cause its not the fastest way to kill bugs but a very eazy way to win encounters --> 400 DoT dmg block properly.

Clubs are generic damage not smashing which means few enemies are resistant to it. Wishing you well with the blades

So, as i am new to the game, and is still working on completing normal (still got molars to find and science to farm but got most of the other stuff done/discovered) I don't fully understand how the new weapons impacts older upgraded weapons. Can the NG+ weapons get higher upgrades than the normal game ones, making them obsolete? Or is it just that some of the new ones will be an upgrade to a combo that was previously lacking? Like, Will a salty Club of the mother demon keep upgrading in NG+ and still be a good weapon, or is it just outdated? Same with the Acid's edge? I assumed that the old weapons can get new upgrades, and therefore my plan was to keep upgrading the club, acids edge and mint hammer, and only really needing to add something once i unlock the New BattleAxes (which would be equal good as acids edge, but different element?). Or is this totally wrong? I would not mind a tierlist of These weapons you should use/upgrade in Ng, Ng2, Ng3. Ie. where would you place Acid Edge and mint mace and the Club on this list? Would they still go into S tier (highly usable in NG+). If they can keep scaling, ignoring infused weapons, you should be looking at having The Club, The 3 Battle Axes and the pick once you hit NG+4? (The mintmace being up there until it gets replaced by the fresh edge presumably). And the termite axe would be good enough as spicy in NG+ or would you replace that with wallapeno immediately?.

some of the weapons like the club mint mace and acid edge will carry you atleast in ng+1 and in the acid edges case further but they will still be useful but just not the special effects that some of them have and that's the same until the infused weapons in ng+4

Every weapon can reach level 15 in ng+. You don’t need to make the new weapons but they are powerful. Obviously you want tier 4 when you get there as they are even stronger than tier 3

Samurai definitely improves them and makes them stronger, can start to drop off later on but in the early new game pluses it can be a good choice. Just can be hard to get as it only comes on cones

Wait para, in ng+1-2 the tingle tounge is actually insane with the right stuff, with the finale buff it can stun and with attack speed it is really good. I got some perfect stuff for it and it makes the tingle tounge kinda insane

Infused club from the BM. In NG+ you want the damage and stun. The Scythe, as much as I love the weapon, just doesn't compare to the club. It's much weaker unfortunately. I wouldn't use it as your main weapon.

Scythe if/when they make apex predator work (I think they’ll change it because infused blaster works with it). For now though, definitely infused club.

It’s a good choice just a shame it only works with charged attacks for the ability. Also you could not get it until new game plus 3 depending on when you choose to infect the queens

Ladybug Armor and a shield while learning the game and how to block things. Try to grab Minty Mace from the minotaur labyrint. As you get more comfortable and take down new areas, get Roly Poly Armor chest (bulky) Fire ant Legs (Bulky) and Broodmothers Helmet. Before broodmother i just kept my Ladybug helmet and gasmask. Keep a widow dagger and some bombs at all times when exploring. Once you progress to the story's end. Go to the secret lab in the orc castle to learn the Acid Edge. Upgrade Acid, Mintmace and Club and the armors, and make your termite axe spicy for cooking/spiders. Use the shield of your choice, Fire ant for more damage. That's what i've been using as a new player (less than a week) and that has solved every problem for me. Mutations are almost as vital as equipment so take a look at a guide for those too. But they are mostly self explanatory. Run speed, Stamina recovery, weapon of choise effect and mutations that increase damage.

Para, u said nothing is weak to sour... Moths, all robots including Assman and Shmector, the Black Widow and Orc bugs are all weak to sour. And nothing is resistant to sour which is why sour weapons are as strong as they are.

Compared to other damage types sour has the least enemies weak to it. How often are you fighting the moths? What about the robots? Ass man and schmector are one off fights. Your main target with sour weapons will always be the javamatic

@@mossysaur7561 Take your time Once you go to NG + you transfer everything including what you've build in the normal game. Since your planning to go NG +2 etc you might as well go ham on those 3 cells you gotta defend. Like a double or triple layered ash wall with spike traps on them. Think like the movie quote from 300: GIVE THEM NOTHING and take from them ...... all ORCS are weak to sour so the 2h sour axe should suffice. if you are uncomfortable fighting with a 2h --> toenail scimitar --> sour upgrade. You can never go wrong with toenail scimitars.

I like the katana weapons, especially because I have a trinket with samurai and final fury, and mainly because I play multiplayer with a friend, weapons with blastwave arent good because I can hit my friend
