I actually love the song and for me, it made the movie even more enjoyable. Now, if they had put a Journey song in the never ending loop, I'd probably shoot myself.

@@WeaselKing1000 I don't have a clue what "glee" is but I've heard Journey on the radio about a million times over the last forty years and have a record still. Steve Perry was a very well know vocalist. I was never a fan but tons of people were.

I always thought of it as him flexing his ego. Phil was always so confident in his prediction, despite everyone else hearing otherwise, so he has to explain to everyone that questions his prediction in the only way he knows best - by presenting it like a weatherman.

Good catch. Never thought of that before. I just checked and Key Largo sunrise for 2/15/21 is 6:56am. I am at 40 L in the US and it is always pitch black at 6am this time of year.
