I love all your meals especially your neatness. If you were in Lagos, I wouldn’t mind ordering considering the fact when I cook meals I get so exhausted n to eat becomes a problem. I am above 60yrs. More power to your elbow, Chef Amors!

@@ChefAmors Nice tutorial ma’am. I’m replicating this at this very minute using my Buchymix blender as well. But mine keeps getting stucked and refused to blend well because I didn’t add water to the mix. Please can you tell me the function you used in blending yours without much hassle/stress. Thank you. I will be waiting for your reply at the comment section 🙏

Great video. It would seem though that the lovely chef prioritized the kuli kuli over the groundnut oil. I would think however that most adults would be more interested in the groundnut oil than the kuli kuli. Towards this end, can the chef show how to make PURE groundnut oil that does not have any spices or the residue of maize flour and sugar from having had kuli fried in the oil? Also, is it possible for the chef to produce cold-pressed groundnut oil without any heating of the oil at all? I ask because coldpressed oils tend to be better than their heated versions as they retain more of the nutrients in the seeds.

Watching this l keep thinking of the process of using a blender to get butter from milk...I think if you keep going in the blender adding water to the peanut butter it will get to that dough stage, you dont have to do it in a bowl manually...A food processor or stand mixer might actually be better.l dont know if you've tried it,maybe you should give that a try,it will save you a lot of time and energy next time.😅Cheers.
