I have to say that discovering Snarky Puppy has probably been the most incredible music experience I've ever had in my life. The rabbit hole I've gone down to find everything and everyone connected to Snarky Puppy has given me more new music that I can barely keep up with it all. About a week ago, I started looking up "Robert Searight" for shits and giggles and that man has done so many other projects outside of Snarky Puppy that I'm still finding new stuff just by him. I'm actually going to a Ghost-Note concert in a couple of months from now and I literally didn't know that band existed one week ago. It's just incredible. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Bill Laurance is also incredible. I'm loving all of his compositions!

Been listening to this song for years and it never gets old. It makes me feel as though I'm soaring. It's a brilliant composition performed by brilliant musicians. I've always preferred instrumental because in YOUR mind, it becomes whatever you want it to be.

I know a lot of people who say they don't listen to instrumental music because there aren't any lyrics and therefore they can't "relate" to the song. They obviously haven't listened to the right songs.

I think you have to be a certain type of person to be able to 'feel' the lyrics in this. When I listen to instrumental music, I can hear and experience the same 'journey' that other people get from lyrics...
@roelandbr6 жыл бұрын
The funny thing is that I find it harder to get that same 'journey' out of lyrics, they have to be very well-written for me to get something out of them.
@alessandromatrone31345 жыл бұрын
@@roelandbr I think lyrics lead u to think one thing, and it's very a very similar thought process to the singers ideas...Whereas here its open to so much interpretation that it makes it so much more relatable
