I am a resident of Dera Ismail Khan from Pakistan. I have drilled a 100 feet tube well on my land. The water is not so cold. The water is very cold at a distance of 4000 feet from the place where I have installed the tube well. As is normal but the water in my place is normal. It is not so cold. Suggest to your friend that if it is drilled to a greater depth then this water will cool down to 300 feet.
