Your videos are great refreshers and are helping me prepare so much! I have a question about the practice question. I thought we should not infer anything that isn't explicitly written in the question. It doesn't say that it's a therapeutic group as opposed to task oriented, which made me consider D. Was there a clue I missed?

In any sort of group, confidentiality should be upheld. Even if it is educational or task oriented (we would not share info about participation without consent). Therefore B is the best answer.
