I was confused that they came with no charging cable. Then I watched this video and realised I’d thrown away the little boxes. I’m at the stage where not only do I not understand technology, I don’t even understand the packaging it comes in 😂

I just got these today and I'm trying to figure out how they work. So far, they feel good in the ear like they won't fall out and they sound good. I just am having a spot of bother trying to figure out how to do all the functions. Hoping this video will help :)

LOL. I almost threw away the little boxes after removing the earbuds. Before pitching in trash, I decided to open the tiny boxes and found all of the pieces that was about to be thrown away😮. Now I’m trying to figure out how to end a phone call using the buds.

How are you liking them so far? I also lost my AirPods lol and am looking for something mainly for the gym but with good sound quality and something that has a good heavy bass

Other day randomly my pair stopped charging properly and I did make sure they were properly placed. I mean they magnetize in place too it’s hard to not put them in perfect fit/magnetized slots. Now they don’t charge at all the case is fully charged and they don’t turn on they don’t charge either no matter how I place them back in.

Anyone else have issue that randomly the charging case is charging the earbuds but they only charge to low percentage?

In my experience, most earbuds kinda suck with call quality 😭 so even if they’re only just remotely decent, I’ll accept that lol

I have not received my Raycons that I ordered on May 31st 2024...customer service states they were lost and will/have resent to me again...still nothing today is june 24th2024...does anyone have any suggestions

Did you find a customer service phone number? I explained email issue with mine and what I did to resolve the issue. Yet the idiots responded with telling me to first try exactly what I word per word told them =_=

@cristianojeda2418 I did however it is no longer in service you can only email them...and yes it is beginning to become a very incompetent world!...open hands and pockets with deaf ears!

Does the fins supposed to fit in the case???

The fins are unusable, the earbuds won't fit in the case with fins. Major design flaw.

Same issue ..not gonna try to keep up with the fins every time I use them
