This song makes me think about looking at old pics of you and your friends and feeling sad that those days are over (itching on the photographs of you and them) but then you slowly begin to remember all the painful, sad, difficult times that came with those days too (Feel the rain come down and you know now, ever wonder how you can see now) and realize, you're better off now (I'm giving up on looking back, letting go of what I had). You appreciate the times you had with those friends and don't regret them but you realize time has sweetened those memories and it's not good to get hung up on the past, live in the now (I'm living now). Just my two cents, everyone has their own interpretation. Even if I'm completely wrong, I still really love this song.

To answer a few questions. First, the time is 8:37PM They sang and partied all night and slept all day. Woke up, finally, at 8:37PM and started over. The junkie was jonesing and eating eggs took the edge off. His gnome was where he stashed his shit. The couple many of you call ELDERLY weren't. I was 49 and she was younger than I was.
