I’m committed to switching to Mixbus 32C from MOTU DP as soon as I feel I can run pro-level sessions from Mixbus 32c. These videos are so easy to follow - they’re helping to expedite my process significantly. Awesome, thanks.

That is great. The best way to learn is to just use it every day and develop the muscle memory. Out of all the shortcuts I only use a handful on a daily basis. -Nathan

@HarrisonAudio Thanks. It's come a long way from version one and I love it. I've got Mixbus 32c open while I have the vids rolling - most times anyway ha. Thanks again

First. That was a hot beat! At first I was thinking that it was just not right. But when you began to,send to the busses,pan and all that,I was nodding my head to the beat like . YO! Very well explained and it convinced me to go ahead and buy this DAW. Keep up the good work! The Guitars are Hot!

question: the built in compressor, does it behave like an optical compressor? or is it just the attack and release ranges that change from "leveler, compressor, limiter", or does that change the inherent behavior when changing between those 3 settings? cant seem to find an answer, thank you. edit: oh and first
@HarrisonAudio3 жыл бұрын
The manual describes each one pretty well but yes the character of the compressor changes between the 3 different types.

Is there a way to do multiple stereo mix busses, that then can have multiple processing on that stereo stem, prior to sending it to the stereo master. Lets say Stereo Drums, or stereo background vocals for instance. I want to do processing on those before dumping them onto the 2 mix. Any way to do that?
@HarrisonAudio2 жыл бұрын
Hi Michael, the 12 Mixbuses are stereo so you can send your tracks there for processing. Alternatively you can create Audio buses to send tracks to and then send that bus to Mixbus to be mixed and blended in with the rest of the buses. the Mixbuses are part of the audio summing infrastructure and part of the True Analog workflow. Audiobuses are ok to use but don't give you the same vibe and sending tracks to a Mixbus.

I would love to see a series on FUNDAMENTALS for BEGINNERS; Signal Flow, Concepts of Modern Mixing, FX Usages, Tips & Tricks, and etc. I feel like majority for the DAW companies/developers are so hellbent on get the big names to endorse their products that companies forget that 99.99% of the users are Bedroom, Home, and/or Small Studio Producers. I would also like Harrison to consider multimedia developers; Utilizing Mixbus for Video and Audio i.e. Podcasting. Utilizing Mixbus for Developing 30 second Ads for Podcasting Community. I really feel that big companies are missing out on ADDED VALUE PRODUCTS. I want more value for my money. Teaching Fundamentals to the Future Producers/Engineers/Studio Owners will ADD VALUE to your Products that will pay off in the long run. You can reach out to me if you want to discuss future tutorials. Hope to hear from you.

I keep on getting a lot of latency when recording….with or without reverb.
@HarrisonAudio3 жыл бұрын
Latency all comes down to the speed of your computer and what your audio interface can handle. These factors will allow you to keep your Buffer size at a lower setting without dropouts.

Is it possible to add additional mixbuses?
@HarrisonAudio2 жыл бұрын
Hi Mark, You can add Audio Busses much like an Aux bus in Pro Tools or other DAWs but....I encourage you to work with the Mixbusses provided as this has the workflow of a real console. Limitations are your friend.
