Dude I remember listening to this subliminal day and night back in 2019 hoping to get to 6'2/6'3 at least, its so nostalgic now😭😭 I used to listen to this subliminal for like 40 minutes everyday while trying to lay flat for maximum effects, then I would then watch Naruto right after for like 2 hours and go to sleep at like 1-2am, its crazy to think it's been so long. I figured it's time I shared my results. I'm a 17 Years old male, I started dabbling in subs when I was around 14-15 but I never really got into it until about 3 months ago. I started out around 172 cm or 5'8 and I hadn't grown in a while (1.5 years if I remember correctly). After 2 weeks of taking these subs seriously, I measured up to 174 cm. That was the confirmation I needed to keep using these subs and now, 3 months later, I'm 179 cm (5'10.5) I plan to keep using subs and updating as I go, so take my story as motivation because you have it within you to manifest anything! Limits were a stupid idea anyway

@@leolare When I start my day and before I go to bed, I listen to a playlist with 2 blockage removers, 2 boosters, 4 height subs, and 1 more booster in that order while visualizing. I listen to a playlist with 2 blockage removers, 2 boosters, and 8 height subs on loop throughout the day while I'm doing my daily activities like online school and homework. And while I sleep I loop the same playlist but with some additional subs for my face, voice, etc. If I find extra time during the day, I'll listen to my shortest playlist for a while.
