Currently at 5"6, my goal is 5"9. It's not hard or difficult at all,my family has always had taller genetics. I have growing pains and those signals tell me I'm growing so I'm happy. I am taller than my dad and my face is more angled and masculine. I look my desired self.

During day one, at the beginning I felt taller and as if something was being "injected" into my hip. Like that kind of pain. Later on my hips have shrunk. Evening that day my b00ba hurt pretty much. Now it's day 2, I haven't listened overnight, it's about the 3rd listen and my abdomen hurts. Noticed my hand is bigger, as it always was "finger longer than hand", now it's the opposite.

gonna try to update consistently: • day 1 (may 20): starting at 5’3, no goal height in mind. definitely felt more masculine using this sub. • day 2 (may 21): listened for a few hours last night, noticed quite a few changes. voice felt deeper, felt more masculine in general, curves seemed to lessen some, sharper/more masculine facial structure, and a “v” that appears on some cis male bodies.

Daily Log Day One, August 4th, 2022 Desired height: 6” Pronouns: He/they/it Notes: I’m listen to this while falling asleep. I will update when I wake up. (1:19 AM) My body feels more rectangular. My face is slightly sharper. (10:13 AM) Since this works so well I’ll be using it again:). (9:25 PM) Day Two, August 5th, 2022 Notes: I listened once more while falling asleep. When I woke up, my chest was much smaller. My face is more narrow and my jawline is becoming more defined. (10:03 AM) Day Three, August 6th, 2022 Notes: It’s like, 12:30 AM (I actually forgot that sleep was a thing). So I’ll record the changes here in the morning. Chest was much flatter this morning and my leg hair looked darker. I don’t know if I’m taller but I feel taller. Day Four, August 7th, 2022 Notes: Listening while falling asleep again! (Very late night for me-lmfao). The usual- flatter chest. I think I’m actually like a quarter of an inch taller. Oh, and!!! I think my jawline is more defined! Falling asleep to this again. I’m pretty bad at keeping up with stuff like this. I haven’t been listening to it as much but I definitely plan to now as my family is moving soon.
