Chicken Wings Recipe:
2 pounds of chicken wings
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tbsp soysauce
1 tbsp veg oil
1 tsp ground peppers
1-2 tbsp sirarcha (skip if you don't want it to be spicy)
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp white wine / brandy
1/2 cup of chopped scallions
Bake at 410 degree for 50 minutes

Hi Tiff, this is the first time I have heard about totam planter. I just looked it up, and the product looks nice. I like the fact that the plants can be grown vertically, so cool. I have never backed any kickstarter, so I don't know how it works. I wonder if the product is guaranteed to be delivered once we pay, hmm. I do like it.

I love your videos! I'm new to hydroponic growing. I live in an apartment in the city and haven't had success growing plants on my balcony. What system would you recommend for a small apartment?

If you have 2 square feet of space, you can fit a Gadyn or an iHarvest. A countertop system like Aerogarden is good too to get your feet wet.

Wings look delicious, but no fish sauce?

This recipe does not contain fish sauce. I do have a wing recipe that's tossed in spicy garlic fish sauce.

Lan, use any oil, but vegetable oil. It's the least healthy oil there is.
