Can you do this with any type of plant? Great video.

Hi I came here for an idea of how to take verbascum root cuttings, delighted with your instructions. What would you use for covering instead of vermiculite?

Great video :) I've grown cuttings for Hebe, Hydrangea, Buddleia, Spirea & Lavender. It is very rewarding when they survive and flourish for many years. Most of these are now on my channel header and I made a new Hebe video which shows these cuttings on their journey into big shrubs.

Oh my God, thank you very much! I just get some roots from this plant and some tubers and bulbs like echinacea and rain lily but I have no idea about the centaurea Montana, and inside of the root box there's no growing info at all. This video was completely useful to grow my perennial c. Montana properly. God bless you!

Hi Rosie, I’ve been watching your video on root cuttings and I took some from an anemone Honorine Jobert in November . I’ve now got quite a few cuttings with leaves on them, my question is, should I put these outside in the cold frame until they get more established or do they need warmth to grow as such. Many thanks.

Great video again. I have used vermiculite before but on your propagation course you use 4-5mm bark, is that for environmental reasons? And you take them in autumn or early spring?

The cork has fungicidal and bactericidal properties and also yes we wanted to move onto a sustainable product. We take most root cuttings in spring but its variety dependent
