These are great tips. Cucumbers with only female flowers are "gynoecious" and when they don't need to be pollinated, they're "parthenocarpic". The best tip is to propagate the clipping! Thank you :)

How long did this plant produce? I have 3 in one bounty and 2 in another bounty. Can you advise on when to cut the tips?

Thanks for another interesting video. I plan to grow a similar variety in my Bounty with its trellis system. I think I'll be able to control it's growth better and provide better aeration. Happy Aerogardenig

Do you think it may produce more effectively by using a bigger grow unit and keeping them trimmed down? Maybe even placing two plants on opposite sides of a Bounty unit. I really want to try this but I want to plan my strategy carefully so as to avoid the pitfalls and produce enough cucumbers to make it a worthwhile effort. Very informative video. Thanks!! Edit: Also I would also trellis them with the bounty unit and benefit from the taller lights.

Yeah, I believe the Bounty model works best with the support of trellis. However, it's better to control the growth of the plant at some point for better yield.

Hi there The yellow edges of the leaves indicate a lack of nutrients. This may be due to a pH value that is too low or too high, or simply too few nutrients. This is probably why so few cucumbers develop.

Do you use filtered water for your aero gardens? How do you produce the water for your many projects?

I just use tap water straight. Sometimes, I collect water from tap and keep it aside for 2-4 hours for the chlorine to evaporate.

What day of growth did you increase your Aerogarden Nutrients and how much? Did you add anyCalMag?

I bumped up the nutrition as soon as I saw the flowers. And, I started feeding 5ml of nutrients for every 1 liter of water. No CalMag. I never use CalMag for any cucumber variety.

Not really, but the yield will be slowed down as they get older. The plants will keep on growing, but I cut the end of the vines to keep them under control.

I prefer Iznik. Iznik is more productive and produce bigger cucumbers. Same taste and flavor.
