Spider Farmer is 1 of the Best! But when I read "EVO" I think about my new Tv. I have an Lg 65 oled "EVO" on Black Friday. Bought. More Brightness! It's still there in its Packaging. Today is just Christmas. Für alle die Spider Farmer nicht kennen, das ist ein Hersteller der Geniale Produkte Abliefert! Die neuen EVO LED's sind so angeordnet, das wirklich die Komplette Fläche Beleuchtet wird! Samsung EVO Led's...also nur das Beste! Er geht auch auf alles ein, und ich kann durch Recherchen sagen...JA, es Stimmt! In Germany its Forbidden...so, I wanted a very small lamp. Spider Farmer or Viparspectra. Viparspectra looks Better and with the Meanwell Driver. Sorry Spider Farmer .. . your LED's are Better 😊 👍 Allen eine Frohe Weihnacht.... bin zwar nicht Gläubig, und es liegt kein Schnee, aber Kaninchen koche ich weil es Tradition hat, der Shit ist soooo Lecker. Man with that extra large tent you really should have the G4500 or the SE4500 for sure. Those will give you 200% better coverage and you won't have to run the at full power and you will get much better lifespan on your investment 🧐

I agree a bigger light would be beneficial for the larger tent size but I received these products for the purpose of testing and sharing :) I already have 2 larger lights in other tents :D SF2000EVO still great for its size tho imo

I got also a 2x4 tent and bought the sf 2000 it got 200w and for the Beginn it’s enough to grow 3 plants with 70g per plant

good video production , its appreciated . These are good kits , i like the size of this 2x4 tent & the new Evo diodes are super efficient . I have an Evo 8 from Ac Infinity & the new Evo diodes save you some bucks for sure on the amount of watts needed to give you the parr coverage needed😎

I have a the Spider Farmer SF2000 from 2 years ago. I would like a 3x5 light because the 2x4 lights don't seem to light up a whole 2x4 tent. I can easily put an extra 2x2 light by the sf2000 and they all fit comfortably in a 2x4. They being said, the SF2000 still gives me really nice buds so I'm in no hurry to replace it. Besides it's still using Samsung diodes. Just not their new evo diode

I can agree with that. For most people using it in a 2x4 it’ll be great but those who have been growing for a while will probably want something bigger. Great starter light though, especially for learning the ropes! Thanks for watching, cheers!

I have the sf2000, would it be enough for 3 plants in this exact setup?

Yeah, especially if you want to leave yourself the opportunity to upgrade to a stronger light later on. The light is a little small for this space if you want to grow big plants, so I suggest sticking to long light cycles and growing photos that you can veg an extra week or 2 to make up for the lower DLI. 24/7 lights on for veg isn't a bad idea in this case.

Does any one build thier rooms any more ? When I started growing tents weren't even a thing. There's alot a person can do with some panda film 1x1 wood a stapler and some duct tape. One thing I have come to enjoy that's a newer development is those stick on zippers.

I would love to if I could! I think most people start with a tent these days cause it’s easy and can be collapsed to save space, can be moved, etc. I think a lot of people just don’t have the permanent space to sacrifice for it. I live with family so for me tents work cause I don’t have very much room given to me to grow haha, pretty much 1 corner of the basement.

I hate the Fan controller. There is no setting for the minimum speed. the fan switches off completely. If you're unlucky, for several hours or days.

light is undersized. that’s a super small board . same size as their old boards just different diode layout

Yeah, I think for the size of the tent it can too small be depending on what you're growing, but I mean it still works well for plenty of applications. One thing to remember is that a lot of people don't necessarily want something crazy, just something functional so they can have their closet back :p Also the diodes themselves are upgraded LM301H EVO's which have higher output than the old LM301B's.

Are you giving it away? I could use this set up and surely do not have the money to buy it. I lost the controller for my spider farmer exhaust fan and tried to get a new one from spider farmer. They told me that they do not sell them and that all they could do is sell me a new one. I think that sucks and is no way to run a business. I mean imagine misplacing the speed controller for your new exhaust fan when you moved your tent. Then calling spider farmer the company that makes it. All they say is can't help you but bye a new one from us. That's how it went. Pretty shitty way to handle things I think Just wanted people to know how spider farmer does things. If you by from them do not expect any help with replacement parts or even them saying go here for parts.

I won't be giving this one away but there will be some giveaways in the future! Ah, that sucks about your controller, I'm sorry to hear that. Though to be fair I think most companies don't replace things because you misplaced or lost them, usually only if it breaks within a defined replacement window because they trade you a new one for the broken one. It definitely sucks but unfortunately, I think no matter who you bought from the response would have been the same due to the circumstances :( I hope you can find it! If you lost it moving the tent then surely it's gotta be hiding somewhere from point A to B!
