It will help but you need to do weekly regular hair masks. Use avocados, eggs, honey etc . Check out the natural hair channels for recipes. If you are consistent, you will reap the benefits within 6 months. Ditch the comb and use your fingers instead. Don't wear hair extensions and tight braids.

Dinma, I have a concern. I have been using clove and rosemary water as spray and clove, rosemary, fenugreek, flaxseed infused in olive oil for more than a month now (everyday) with massages. The first braids I did which I washed at every 2 weeks didn’t have much breakouts then the 2nd braids I did and carried for about 3 weeks, washed it with the braids on and deep conditioned everytime I washed (both braids). When I loosened this last braids, lots of hair was lost (a hand full) but there was great visibility of growth. Please what could be the cause because I am worried. I am happy about the growth but not the fall.
