turning it more and adding water are the two things you can do to speed that up if you want to.

You can add some coffee grounds a good amount and some manure as well !😂

I hope your compost getting moving soon. It can be frustrating when it doesn't break down quick enough, but when it does, it'll be pure gold. Good luck to you.
