Hello I think there is a huge problem with these projects : water infiltration and humidity on the walls. There should be a space between the wall and the structure & silicone where are the screws so the water doesn’t dammag the house walls. With briks, the mortier will be also affected. When these problems resolve, no more risk on the structure (because there are ways to do it, like roof gardens have specifications to protect the roof from water infiltrations), it will be very nice indeed !
