Your personal brand is what attracts super fans but the Buisiness is what attracts huge names in the industry that will bring their people and audiences to you which is 2 people tell 5 which is super scalable compared to just making videos. As long as your personal brand is authentic and changes as you grow and the way you do it sustainable ppl will come back and buy from you provide. But if you come from it from a short term view nothing truly 20 year sustainable Buisiness will be formed. The point is yes start but have the idea as you go through your journey what true 1 long term Buisiness is being created from your audience that you can personally solve that can be scaled long term Ex Rihanna took 15-20 years building her personal journey to be able to scale her business Savage X Fenty to 1 Billion Annually I believe but it is high Nine figures

Hi Leo, I make about 20 - 30k with my ai marketing agency. I am right now attracting others to show them how they can also help companies with ai based marketing strategies, but to be honest I don't love this course/coaching thing. I was thinking to make a SaaS in the ai marketing space but I'm thinking with a non techie background if this is the right path? There are so many good tools out there that I am already using which help me to sell the outputs to my clients, I'm thinking if its not better to continue with my service and just showing companies which tech stack is the best for what they are doing or do you think SaaS is still the best option for me and maybe starting with a nocode tool?
