Yes You can treat celery as "cut and come again" plant. Just don't overdo it. Harvest a stalk or two when You need and it will continue growing new stalks just fine.

Question why do you had mulch so late when it comes to growing your produce like celery? At day 106 you add it and harvest at day 127(21 days later) Whats the con of now mulching much earlier? Thanks man!

Hello. Great point! Because I didn't have any wood shavings left and was waiting to get some. The best time to mulch would be right or close after transplanting them. I still added it, becase I grew these from spring. And during summer, when temperatures are hot, the soil dries out quickly and by drying out and watering it frequently (creating uneven moisture enviroment), celery will almost certainly suffer from calcium deficiency, making the heart of plant go black. Especially in late stage of the growth.

How do you keep pesky little critters away from all your beautiful vegetables? Garden lime to improve soil structure. Spruce shavings as a mulch, to keep moisture in the soil and help to maintain steady temperature. Thank You very much! ☺️ Happy gardening 🌱🍀

Orangish roots = ROOT ROT or harsh environments.

Too developped root system for such small cells. Their water requirements rise and constant watering and drying out can cause this. Sometimes I just don't make it on time 😐
