This is an no mods *, vanilla, Cities Skylines let's play series with a focus on creating realistic city design with lots of detail. We'll be building a fully functional and efficient city with mass transit networks, tourism and industry including all DLC and content creator packs. The series is based on mostly live gameplay mixed in with detailing timelapse's. * I use line tool and forest brush to speed up the recording process and be able to produce more content for you!

so happy to have another fewnilla county episode! just btw, the 1x1 metro station has been known for having pathing issue so it hasn't been used by sims (am still at the start of the video so I'm not sure if this happens here 😅)

Two suggestions: 1) I would add a pedestrian connection over the train tracks between the new residential area and the downtown, perhaps connecting a junction on one side to one on the other? 2) That tree on the green corner opposite of the mall area I feel like that would get cut down by the city to allow better visibility for the vehicles turning there. I would suggest replacing it with something smaller.

Name suggestion for the mall: The Cube Mall Complex Liking how your blending in different levels of sky rises, thats one thing I'm not personally good at. Keep up the amazing work 😋

@35:35 beautiful shot. Really loving the whole area on this side of the tracks. So satisfying seeing all of the foot traffic, especially from the train station. The mall area is fabulous, but it's so better with that really cool residential area beside it. the mish-mash of vanilla and Green Cities worked out perfect.

I always loved using the 1 tile wide Green Cities high density residential buildings for density, as they kinda look like row houses until they become very lush 😂

Love the plaza in the middle of the mall area and the new residential area is looking very nice too. The office/loading-bay side also blends in very well. I'm honestly not feeling the blocky Mirae in the middle of the mall, but it does serve it's purpose of filling that gap so I guess it's ok and there's probably an example like this somewhere in the world 🙂I'm happy the 1x1 metro seems to work for you, OE had issues in one of the final OrchidBay episodes with it as cim's wouldn't use it at all and had to replace it with another station.

Can I kindly ask if you do something to "remove/reduce" the shadows of greencities buildings? Thank you! Unfortunately there's no way to remove the shaddows in the vanilla, I do however play with a mod called 'Play It' for recording purposes (it allows me to change the time of day and game speed instantly for recording cinematics) but it also lets you change the sun direction, so I do occasionally 'cheat' with this to spin the sun around so I can see from a certain angle better! If you play with any mods that would be worthwhile getting!
