Mr. Remax just explained Network Marketing without knowing/doing so. Been in the profession full-time since '90 and I am beyond convinced it is a superior business model to franchising.

I have a question, I am wanting to get into real estate, and when I find a property that is worth getting into if I finance through a hard money lender and fix the house can I get a bank to refinance it to a conventional 30 year loan with no down payment if I have already fixed it and show proof that the rent is higher than the mortgage would be? Because I do not have extra money to afford paying 20% before every house, I was setting a goal of flipping and renting out at least 6 houses this year, but that would an unreasonable amount of money to pay upfront
