Awesome episode. Glad to see Van on the pod. It’s dope to hear the perspective of being biracial in the Hmong and black communities. Though I’m not Hmong, I grew up in the Hmong and different Asian communities. It’s dope to hear a similar experience.

agreed, Tou kept on interrupting while guest was talking. Topic got off topic and centered towards Tou's life instead of guest.

@sunnylee8219 that's the great thing about the podcast. It's more of a conversation and less of an interview. Sharing your story and being vulnerable as a host creates a trust and a bond between the speakers. Establishing that this is a safe space to share. -pheng

I’ll have to agree with this comment. I watch another podcast and I felt like the host didn’t need the guest there because the guest didn’t get to talk much. It’s great the host can relate to the guest but it’s your guest that brings us to your show. Please allow them to share their story fully.
