I don’t claim to 10:51 know anything about the mooli but it occurred to me that starting them in a water trough might help you get them started . Some people start their peas that way. Good luck with them.

Hi and ty for watching! I did ponder soaking them given the size. Luckily they have all germinated now within a few days (it’s quite warm here) so now it’s a waiting game to see if the sluggos chomp them! ☺️

These raddishes are new to me but look very interesting! Might have to put them on my to-try list. Have you ever tried oven roasting radishes like you would carrots or other root veg? I very lightly coat my root veg including radishes with a good olive oil, season to taste and roast until just tender. Totally a different experience in veg. Lots of recipe videos out there. Great video! Loved the flag! Blessings Kiddo!🌻🐛🌿💚🙏💕

We haven’t tried roasting them before so we’ll definitely give that a go if the crop is successful. I would imagine they taste wonderful! Tysm for watching ☺️

Oh lord what amazing looking chow 😮 delicious. I don’t grow loads of strawberry 🍓 plants either at least not enough to make anything with and they are fab right off the vine. In pots is a lot easier just need attention to watering. Long radish looks fun. Happy growing cheers, Ali 🌞🇨🇦

You could try both ways and let us know which method is more successful. My daughter is growing mooli this year, she sowed straight into the soil but leaves are being eaten by something, hoping the roots will be okay.

Thankyou for your comments. We like to try new salad and veg. I am growing cape gooseberries for the first time this year and they are just flowering. Tilly ❤

@@AllotmentFamilyDiary my daughter pulled up her first mooli today. It was smaller than we thought but was tasty, like a spicier version of a radish. She’ll leave the others to grow a bit bigger before pulling up.

I love how you eat like a king in every plot video! It is a crime you lot don’t have more subscribers and views compared to the boring dolly bird garden channels on here. Editing is spot on and content humble yet inspiring 🏆

I’m planning to pop some in seed trays today, just as back ups and also to see how they will grow after being transplanted. Will keep everyone posted on the vlogs! Luckily we have germination now so it’s a case of keeping the sluggos at bay lol. Tysm for watching ☺️
