I have been doing this workout for a month now, 6 days a week and let me tell you this doesnt get easy i still feel like dying but you will feel really great after completing this workout.

This ALL STANDING workout could not have come at a better time. I fell off my bike two weeks ago and scraped the palm of my hand (looks like a second degree burn). I cannot do an push ups or anything that requires laying flat on my hand or even hold a dumbbell. This workout was AMAZING... didn't hurt my hand and I am DRENCHED IN SWEAT. THANK YOU!

This was way too intense! My HR was averaging 160-180 omgggggggg the second half was too tough i had to cheat a bit and replace with easier moves like jumping jacks and rope jump. I did 5 burpees during the last move in place of tuck jumps. Kudos to all who could complete! I need to catch my breath. Still panting after the cool down and dripping lots of sweat🎉

Your heart rate will get lower the more you train. Those tuck jumps are tough - a bit jarring on my lower back.I averaged 133 (I’m sure the cooldown contributed to that average), but max heart rate was 174. The general rule is 206.9- (0.67xage). So mine would be be 172.

I just want to thank you sooo much, Anna, for your awesome workouts which are so diverse and allow me to plan a great training routine. I've once gotten back into shape with you after giving birth to my first child and now your workouts help me to get fit again after giving birth to my second one :) Already looking much tighter and leaner!! I was surprised that we got long breaks in this workout :)...it was a lot of fun, though easier than your other 30 min cardio HIIT + abs (or maybe, I have gotten stronger ;))

Ein geniales Workout die Kombi aus Hit und abs finde ich total klasse dazu noch all Standing mega Anna vielen Dank für dieses tolle Workout vor allem die Bauchübung Hocke und mit dem Ellbogen zum Knie mega kannte ich gar nicht. Und ich muss dir sagen die Musik ist so toll gewählt total motivierend das man so Bock hat durch zu ziehen 😍🥰😘😘😘😘

Eigentlich dachte ich, dass ich mittlerweile relativ gut in Form bin. Bis du mir mit diesem Workout gerade das Gegenteil bewiesen hast 🤪. Danke für diese schweißtreibenden Übungen 🥵. All standing workouts sind super für mich, da ich nicht immer eine gute Unterlage zur Verfügung habe.

its been awhile since I legit 'workout with sweat', I've been 'quite lazy' with my workouts, as long as its on the floor or abs in general I'm ok with it but I'm glad to make the decision to sweat it out today as it was raining in my area as well, it was nice feeling the breeze once in awhile!
