Even though Rosetta had a point as if it weren't for vidia tink would have flown right into Lizzie's father's face after hearing him say believing in fairies is foolish but I interpreted her comments as Tink's friends solely blaming her for her own mistakes including the one in the first movie even though they were there when vidia confessed the whole sprinting thistle fiasco was her idea to which even queen clarion after hearing so agreed Tinkerbell wasn't the only one responsible. I might be reading too much into it but I found it weird vidia was forgiven so easily by everyone including Tinkerbell for her past actions without them being brought up again and accepted by the girls so easily despite the first movie implying she was an outcast in pixie hollow before tink came along. Maybe I'm just vilifying Tink's friends but based on the mocking her behind her back and disapproval of her troublemaking nature I theorised she didn't feel like she belonged in pixie hollow and that's why she left and met Peter pan feeling he was the only one who understands her because of their similar personalities.

To human's ears their voices are so low they sound like a little bell. Which is why in Peter Pan we never hear Tink talking. This is the version of seeing through Tinker Bells worlds and ears and eyes. and Lizzie hears what all humans hear that Fairies don't speak the same volume.

I know I’m not trying to apply logic. But the reason why fairies drown and can’t fly in the rain it’s because the water washes off their pixie dust. Pixie dust is the only way a fairy can fly. That’s the reason why they can’t cover the boat in pixie dust 6:24

Now Secret of the wings there is one issue I have with it. I love it, I am a fan of it. But in the first Tinker bell when she's born. We see a snowflake talent on a mushroom just like the other talents. and when the other two male fairies were giving Tinker bell a tour through Pixie hallow, they flew right through winter. and also, during the lost treasure they also see a snow fairy at the counsel. So, I mean they did screw up with that logic of the summer and winter not being able to cross.

My theory for the Lord Milori-Minister of Winter is that Milori is in charge of the fairies, and the Minister is in charge of the season so when it’s time for winter in the mainland, the minister takes the winter fairies over and Milori stays put. But definitely need more world building on the whole “cold and warm fairies can’t interact” thing

To answer your question: Pixie Hollow in the books is a small realm within Neverland close to Mermaid Lagoon. However the movies take place in what the books refer to as a pre apocalyptic era where Pixie Hollow was a separate world that you could only access through a waterfall. It's shrunk to now fit inside Neverland. Only the Spring and Summer lands survive the apocalypse, and the Pixie Dust tree doesn't. We don't actually know what the apocalypse was but it is implied to be a storm. Knowing this will help you understand why Secret of the Wings and the next two movies freaked book readers out.

When this film came out, Secret of the Wings was the only one I had on DVD, and so it became my childhood favorite. It also has some of the best story of course (and funnily enough came out a year before Frozen and has strangely enough similar elements). But I still will always love this one the most out of the all the films. Also your hope that Terrance keeps showing up was very amusing.

This movie was my FAVORITE as a kid. Which means I watched it every chance I got as an obsessed child does- I think Secret of the Wings was on early Netflix at one point and that's why I was able to watch it over and over again. The only thing that really bothered me is that in de first Tinkerbell movie, there are obvious winter fairies. Tink even passed by a snowflake but It declined her for the hammer. The main winter fairy had such a cool design and now she basically doesn’t exist anymore :(
