Tbh the reason for fuzzy braids is being busy. If you see a dude that you know getting money but he got fuzzy braids, he's busy getting money and his hair is the least of his worries. Now if it's just a dude who's not being productive and proactive, he has nothing but time on his hands. He can call a home girl around the way to get him right.
