Thanks Murat! I'm glad you I am able to offer that level of spontaneity...hahaha. Cheers, buddy!

I am doing self-study to develop a three-level growth curve model and your channel saved me! The references are really helpful as well. Thank you SO much!

Thank you so much Dr.Crowson; very informative and illustrative. I have a question about data I am currently analyzing. Language proficiency of students was measured on three occasions (start, mid, and end of a program) and I want to check whether students are starting and developing similarly at the same speed or not. When I do the null model, the ICC is almost zero (indicating no need for multilevel modeling), but when I add time as a predictor, the ICC is about 57%. Should I ignore the null model and start with time as a fixed predictor and continue with the slopes and gender as a moderator later or should I search for another way to analyze the data? My goal is to understand students' development with regard to the rate of development (whether it accelerates or decelerates throughout the program) and maybe even check if development differs across the language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). Thank you so much in advance.

Can equations be visualized in Jamovi's growth models? I am able to see the equations in HLM software, but haven't found a way to do this in Jamovi. Thanks

how do you decompose a time varying covariate into level 1 and level 2 effects?
