My daughter was born at 23 weeks 5 days and weighed 1 lb 1 oz. a bit smaller than your little peanut but she survived and is now 10 years old and no lasting effects. We were so blessed. Seeing a 1 lb baby is so scary and literally watched her form before our eyes. A lot of scary things happened along the way from surgery to close her PDA (common for micro preemies but still scared us to death), to 9 infections to ROP scares to gosh... you say it, Kamrynn suffered it. Long long NICU stay but so worth it in the end. I got a million pictures and videos of that journey and so glad I did. Praying for you and that little peanut will be just fine. #BELIEVE

Rebecca Anderson thank you so much Rebecca . It was a scary time and she was on oxygen until she was almost 2 (had chronic lung disease) but other than that... once we left the NICU, she just improved every day. The doctors told me she has 💯 NO chance for survival so I feel very blessed. My sweet Kamrynn. She is a miracle born after having my tubes tied 10 years prior (I had 3 kids and I was almost 40 when she was born) and I fought endometriosis for a million years so I had an endometrial ablation done 7 years prior to her birth. If you look at the odds of a pregnancy after an endometrial ablation you will see it’s almost impossible. That’s why she was born so early though. A complete placental eruption

Sooo glad your doing good in your pregnancy and I continue to pray for you unfortunately mine came to end I had my son August 5 2019 he was 22 wks and 3 days he’s a week old and is doing good in the nicu hopeful he will be home on his due date of dec 6th I want him home already lol but I’m glad that you uploaded and I loving that you are doing good and I will continue to watch your channel

Hi! I really would like to ask what does it mean if the result for 20 week anatomy ultrasound says “Subtle vertically oriented linear lucency extending through the upper lip potentially representing a cleft lip. However, this could also be artifactual. Consider follow-up ultrasound to further evaluation.” I’m really worried is it possible that it was wrong findings? Hoping for your response. Thank you

@Queenie P It sounds like the sonographer suspects there could be a cleft lip, but they either don't have 3d to confirm or the baby wasn't in the best position to get the best look at it and it could just be an artifact.

@Queenie P yes, it can. Ultrasound with babies is very positional. And at 20 weeks babies are still very small. Doing another Ultrasound when further along, when the baby is in a better position, or 3d are all great ways to get a more definitive diagnosis.

@@diannawebb9260 I really love to have the 3D or 4D ultrasound coz it gives more clearer and more precise picture of the baby’s face… coz the one that I just had used 2D machine already so I thought they will refer me to a facility who has 3D or 4D machines with more advance one but the saddest part is that the other Maternal Fetal Medicine facility where i was referred to is also using 2D machine. That’s why I’m so worried if they can get the correct findings.. I’m just really hoping and praying that the result will be rule out. 🤞🙏

We’re due in November with a baby girl too and during the anatomy scan they had findings of an echogenic bowel and I had to go to high risk doctors as well!! They ran a bunch of tests and everything came back normal and healthy, thank god!! But I was told that she most likely swallowed blood too which is crazy! Lol but I’m so glad for you and your family 💛 continued prayers for you sweet mama

michellel9595 honestly if you just eat normally, NOT for two you’ll be fine! You’ll only gain what’s necessary and what the baby needs! I’m 36 weeks myself and haven’t gained much at all - I have a massive bump but my legs & everything else etc is the same as before. Everyone is different though and only so much is in your control!

Yeah don’t “eat for two”. It’s not necessary. I think that’s why a bunch of people get big because they use pregnancy as an excuse to eat massive amounts.
