Not always. No one is 100% anything. I try to do more good than bad, I’m not always successful. I saw this happen in front of me. The first thing you need to do is call emergency services. They go check on the occupants; and try not to let the helpful be more harmful. Mean you’re not in a position of authority where you can stop anybody from doing anything; and you shouldn’t unless you want to take on that liability you can tell them not to do certain things as they might take on liability. It might be more harmful than helpful. In this case I was on the phone with emergency services why people were helping her out of the vehicle.

I don't know if the insurance will pay. They might not. It greatly depends on the kind of coverage you have. It depends on the insurance company that you're with. And I didn't tell her to lie. I just told her not to volunteer the information. Mean, I understand that there's lying by omission, but the law doesn't require you to incriminate yourself. She just said she was looking at her GPS. Do you know if the GPS was on the phone or was on the screen integrated into the dash. I just told her not to mention anything other than she just lost control of the vehicle. I was just trying to help out. I wasn't in her business. I actually witnessed the crash. My first job was to call emergency services and get someone down there who is trained to handle this. My second job was to go down here and make sure that she was all right. I make sure that she was all right and that she wouldn't incriminate herself unnecessarily and that she contacted her so someone would know what happened to her and they can come and get her. It was time for me to get the hell out of Dodge. Did you not see me ask someone if they were willing to stay with her so I could leave. They weren't so I did. And someone was willing to stay with her, I left. I had other things to do. Since I witness a few accidents, I would normally stay until the authority showed up and then I would exit stage left immediately. I would exit, because I no longer serve the purpose and I didn't need to be there anymore. You should probably stop commenting on things you know nothing about.
