Guess I am confused as to why after you tell the officer that she spat on you twice that he just replies "ok" and takes off. Is that how it is in Atlanta, spitting is on the house down there? That is an assault and she should have been arrested or at least detained until the video was reviewed. And what is with the woman just telling the cop that she would wait until he pulled off to hit you. It is at this juncture that the line should be drawn in my opinion. The threat of violence is nothing short of violence itself.
