It’s Called Probably Cause Police Cant Do A Thing Unless A Crime Has Been Committed They Can Also Get an Arrest Warrant To Make An Arrest But No Judge Would Grant That Under These Facts. He's in control of the day to day runnings of the mall. The barber is illegally running a business, and he and his are causing a disturbance scaring away customers for the other businesses inside. The Metro Mall in ATL can't grow to be anything with that behavior screening the big buyers. Let him feel like a dictator, go stand somewhere else. One of the guys he kept pushing out finally got a job and left from around there.

The only way to clean up that mall is to “TAKE OUT THE TRASH “. This includes big and small trash (her being small trash, drug dealers being big trash). After that the fighting, stealing and drug problems would lighten up. In turn the amount of real shoppers would increase and the vendors would make more sales. This is not the full answer to the malls problem but you’ve got to start somewhere. The police also need to be more proactive. If Darien wants the trash out.... GET THE TRASH OUT!!!

Barber shop dude does business in an establishment which he does not own. Security is hired by the landlord so long is in the right. If he feels she’s is a threat to other customers he is allowed to ban her from the establishment. Police was a joke!
