Pob is the best one so far. He understands your position in the game and is spoonfeeding information you actually need at this level. He also plays DOTA so he can give Grubby good comparisons.

You're absolutely right you learn a lot from a losing lane too. Kinda happy Pobelter was there for it. Because while it's fun to pop off, the challenging games are those where your every mistake costs you. And the more your opponent can snowball their advantage and put you even further behind. "Winning is easy but losing is hard." But what has always made you an exceptional player is your ability to have fun with both, keeping positive even when your opponent hard counters your pick and there's no real help to get back into the game.

If you want a champ that is very good at roaming, you should try Quinn. She *can* be played mid (although not that common). She is ranged, and her ult mounts her on a bird (very low cooldown), making her move super fast, allowing for fast rotations.

Since I don't recall Pobelter explaining how you should (have) played this lane in this video I will give you my 2 cents Basically he has 2 dashes and is strong whenever he has rage You wanna avoid eating his enraged Q which would heal him a lot inside the minion wave, avoid W stun + Q combo (enraged or not) In practice this would most likely mean that you stay back most of the time and farm with W + under turret and wait until 6 or until your jungler comes You prioritize saving HP to not die obviously and to have potential for counterplay However Renekton is not actually strong without all 3 of his abilities so what you could do (especially given he isn't faker) is threaten passive proc level 1 with W + auto and get the wave prio (remember Alois coaching) Once you get to level 2 first you could maybe be able to get a slowpush into a good reset for a Longsword Once you're 6 with similar EXP and farm you can look into many ways of becoming more useful but generally you should be able to outroam him at very least

Hi Grubby, I love this coaching sessions, even though for a new player I think it would be better to focus more on the fundamentals, looks like pobelter knows too much and that makes everybody skip basic things. It's gonna be a long comment but i think a useful one. For me the best is entering the game with a gameplan for all your early game, based on your champions identity and the matchup. Here renekton strenght and identity is a STRONG early game champion, really good at 1v1 and skirmishes that wants to snowball the game and finish it early cause he falls off hard in lategame. Talon is an assassin (good at 1v1 with good kill potential, but not against Rene), his best asset is his roam and kill potential. So knowing that your plan should be to just farm waves safely with w, and look for roam opportunitties at the beggining and mostely after lvl 6. You entered completely into renektons game and nobody told you not to until it was to late. Another thing is how you want to execute this as an assassin, so you are a high damage one shot squishy with some scaping tools. So Idealy you want to flank, wait pattienly for the other team to waste their CC in other players or the wave then engage, kill and get out, knowing which cc is in every game, for exaple in this game Lux and morgana's q and skarner R. If you run at them from sight in a straight line is very easy for them to look down and kill you. Coach curtis has great videos on Fizz, akali, control mages, assasin vs mage matchups, etc. They are pretty long thoug but he explains this concepts really well. Would be lovely if you can reach him and do some coaching. Hope it helps somebody, and sorry for my scuffed english

Pretty cringe on the stream sniping. I think you could have won at 37:00 minutes if you didn't leave your Gwen and MK with Renekton before Master Yi showed up. I get the "why didn't you die with us?" mentality but in an already losing game where you die anyway you should have played to protect that Gwen, especially since you died anyway afterwards.

Grubby this game looks like he never played any moba game at all or if he was thinking he is playing vs AI bot. Going deep to hit enemy caster minions and ignoring enemy player standing next to him, following weak wukong into fight vs feed Renekton when he CLEARLY sees Master Yi behind him (I'm pretty sure Grubby is not blind and is aware that Master Yi with 2 glowing auras under him is not lane minions) I said it once in one of previous videos and I said it again. Grubby needs a coaching session with someone who has balls to be more assertive/dominant towards Grubby just like his coaching sessions with SirActionSlacks in DOTA. Grubby apparently listens when he is directly commanded or even yelled on xD Pobelter: use ward, , use ward.... Grubbby: what? if this was SirActionSlacks in dota he would just go "GRUBBERS PUT YOUR WARD MY DUDE, YOU CAN'T SAVE IT UNTIL NEXT GAME!!!" or something similar but it more funny and assertive way
