Funnily enough, Hitman actually canceled the third attack upgrade (I think in order to expand faster). I missed when he actually canceled it, but you can see him restart it at 15:27.

Normally with elf or ud the logic is you have to do a huge commitment like 50 food fiend/stat or huntress/all-in. Why with orc is it valuable to make a demolisher just to pressure as a delay tactic but with these other ones it isn't? Why can't I make 1 glaive and pressure while going for bears? Or one necro + one wagon to delay for tier3 orb?

Speaking 100% out of my behind here. But with Orc, HH's are great late game vs undead. You can invest in pressure early because it's along the same path you want to take anyway. With elf, in order to defend that glaive, you'd have to invest much more into t1 than you would want to. It would slow down your late game (lores) whereas it accelerates it for Orcs.
