Never feel guilty about doing nothing. You've done more for the other animals recently than many will do in a lifetime.

1:05:50 I skipped through the videos, so I may have missed some details, but do the Thais cook the same way as the Chinese do, i.e. in woks? I gave up eating Chinese, at anything other than vegetarian Chinese places, simply because they're using the same woks, the same oil, the same sauces, the same utensils, & generally pretty filthy water to steam up the food. It's not even a question about contamination to the degree of chunks but just everything been shared, & the chefs have to work too fast to care. It's like I wouldn't eat mushrooms out of a frying pan that's just been used to cook bacon. Try Taiwan for more Asian vegetarian options (which are mostly vegan) because of the Buddhist tradition there. Best vegan food ever I've had was in Japan, but it's really difficult if you can't read the language and/or have a native speaker to guide you. Not really a place to have a chill out holiday either.
