Axl, Slash, Duff, Steven, and Izzy were, are, and always will be the only G&R that mattered. Before it became a bloated, corporate, revolving door of a rock-n-roll circus, it was, for a brief and shining moment in the late 1980's, the best rock band on planet Earth. And if you agree with that statement and are ready to get in a time machine to get the Hell out of 2020 and head straight back to 1987, go ahead and hit the thumbs up!

The GN'R best & original line up for millions of people will always be Adler, Stradlin, McHagan, Slash & Axl Rose. The Sorum and Clark in the "Use your illusion " years as well as the addition of Dizzy Reed, was still a great line up. But after that, I don't care about the Axl's GN'R. But the good think about Axl persistence to keep Guns N' Roses on the road, was that younger generations started following. I personally moved out with Slash's Snakepit and then Velvet Revolver. But so many years later, it was great to see the good old guys reunited. I just wish either Adler or Sorum could get on board again and say bye bye to that other drummer and the chick. And bring back Dizzy. But I'm asking too much since I don't know the reasons why these other two are still in the band. And Izzy, well, he was a very important member back in the days and Nowadays he seems to be happy on his own.

The original Guns n Roses lineup consisted of members of the bands "LA Guns" (Tracii Guns band) and "Hollywood Rose" (Axl Roses band); the name came from the merging of those two bands. So, Tracii Guns wouldn't have "started" LA Guns, after leaving GnR, he would have re-formed the band, using the old name.

No one cares about any ex members except for Izzy and Steven. We all know where Tracii Guns is, so that doesn't really count. I mean, he is where he should be, in L.A. Guns...the version of the band that actually matters.

Hopefully anything other than playing another show, talk about over-saturation. They're like Metallica and Kiss, just will not stay down.

It's amazing that any of them could put up with Axl for even a minute. I always thought they could have been a really great band had Axl not been involved at all. Maybe the shittiest vocalist in rock history.

1:38 I can sympathise, because I hated the way Rush ended up going down the same route. Even hard rock has got to have a melodic structure of sorts.

This video starts off with tragedy and impending doom. These guys' lifestyles were very common, especially on the west coast, and especially in the 1980s. Nothing about what they did or experienced was anymore tragic than anybody's life at the time before or since who was or was not in a Rock Band. Did the people who put this video together also do the doc about Satanic Cults, Drugs, and Rock and Roll back in like 88' on ABC? I swear this sounds a lot like that did.

For the most part Axl f'd up everything. After Use Your Illusion they completely fell apart. No albums for 15 years. Constant lineup changes. GNR died in 1992.
