It’s not surprising to see something like this in Mexico because according to History, the Aztecs had good hygiene and enjoyed bathing and showers. The Aztecs built and used many bathhouses and natural made pools like this along edges of mountains where they would bath. Enjoy your trip!

I visited these grutas about 5 years ago. We had lots of fun but the bridge and the pools next to the bridge were closed. It looks much nicer now. I’ll have to go back. It is such a beautiful place. Thank you for this amazing video.

Hey I've been to Tolantongo several times, it really is great. If you wanna do some adventure tourism. You can visit Xajha, (Grutas Xajha) it's in the vicinity of Tolantongo, It was a 3 hour hike but well worth it. It's amazing, it's not very famous yet but it's incredible. On a side note, I live in Morelia, if you guys ever come to Morelia, I can give you a free walking tour of the city. If you guys come on a weekened. I can even take you to Lake Camecuaro, or Los Azufres, or The National park in Uruapan or somewhere else near the city.

Hey Armando! Oh that’s cool! It still is dirt down from the ticket 🎟 booth to the hotel parking. And then from the hotel grutas it’s dirt too still.
