I’ve always wanted to donate plasma and or blood but when I go my veins are too small or fragile for the needles and they send me away 😢

Hold up, are they letting you eat/drink while your donating?! As a former phleb at a plasma donation site that should not be happening. If you choke while hooked up that could be really bad.

When I used to donate plasma they’d let us eat small granola bars and usually would give us Gatorade as well, this would mostly happen when you started to feel off or thought you where going to pass out, but if you ask them for some they would give them to you:)
