Thank you for bringing up that question to women being so rude. It’s also exhausting when people ask you all the time. I’m 32 and everyday at work women ask when my boyfriend is gonna propose and that I’m getting older and need to start having babies. It makes you feel bad about yourself and people don’t always know if you are trying already and nothing is happening. You are amazing and I’m so happy for you ❤️

@@1TLA7 it honestly is a scent you can wear ALL YEAR! It is soft, but has amazing lasting power. It’s warm, but not like beachy warm. It’s feminine, but nowhere near a sickly floral. It dries down warm & sweet on me, I can smell the marshmallow in it which I love! It is seriously such a balanced, elevated fragrance!

@@1TLA7 to me it smells almost like a really light gourmand, like the butter in a sugar cookie. Smells sweet but in a light pastry kind of way lol. Perfect for all year round. I smell the marshmallow musk, and the creaminess. It really is a cozy scent. It’s not too strong. My bf loved it and he’s really picky. You just can’t go wrong with it it really is a lovely scent. I wore it to bed and when I woke up it’s smelled even better it’s crazy. I don’t see myself using another scent for a long time lol.

I loved your rant about asking women about when/ if they’re having children. I’ve always wanted to be a mom & I’m 25 now so my family constantly asks when I’m having kids. Does it not occur to people that sometimes you change your mind?! Or just aren’t ready!! People really should just mind their own business when it comes to something so personal!

I related to this so much! I remember when I was in my younger 20’s I wanted kids and now that I’m 28 I’m just like honestly I don’t think I want to go that route. I love kids and adore my nieces and nephews I just don’t really care to have the responsibility and people ask me all the time when my bf and I are having kids and we just don’t want any. 😂 I wish people would just mind their business. The question is way deeper than people realize.

Having just turned 30 and being single with friends getting married, this was so comforting! I completely agree. I have friends who say I want my husband to do this and that and I just take life as it comes also. Not everybody knows what they want and I’m not going to force anything in my life. What’s meant to be will be!

Awwwww sweetie. I'm so happy for you that you are pregnant when you're ready. And thank you so much for bringing up the subject of being more sensitive about women having children or not. I'm a woman that would have wanted to have children but I'm not able to. I literally had a hysterectomy last week they took everything out, my mother died of ovarian cancer, I'm 44 and now in early menopause but I feel brand new. It is extremely hard to go through mother's day every year for me but now I'm just focused on my health and enjoying this new part of my life. Thank you for being such a beautiful person. It comes across. I wish you the absolute best.

Thank you for your sentiment on people asking when you want to have children and your perspective changing.. I have always had the same fears, and have also always stated “I don’t want children right now, I don’t know if I will want them in the future.” But I am now at a point where my perspective is changing, and I am worried about discussing it and announcing it because of the devastation if things don’t go as planned. It makes me feel comfort to hear you share the same feelings on that as I do. 🤍

Dear Stephanie, this video made me cry. I am really happy for you! You are a kind, honest, outspoken and funny woman and I'm sure you are going to be an amazing mom. Thank you for talking about the pressure women endure when other women ask about pregnancy plans etc... that hit me hard. I'm in my 30's and since I was a teenager I imagined being a mom. Unfortunately life has its turns and due to a health issue and the medication I've been on for years now, I can't be a mom right now and the clock is ticking... so much pressure. Omg we are all so excited for you steph! Your going to be such an amazing mama, ma, mommy, bruh! LOL..,my one piece of advice, not that you asked for it butttt time is precious, flies by, and feels like just yesterday your baby was a baby!!’ Cherish every moment, it’s stressful, frustrating, etc at times but I wouldn’t trade being a mother for anything! It’s the most rewarding, and the biggest blessing god could ever give a women! My kids are 18 and 11 and I feel like the days my kids were babies was gone with a flick of a switch, I miss them being small humans! Take lots of photos, record videos of everything, pay attention to every laugh, every coo, every no, every yes, everythinggggg it feels like you miss the time but it’s the time going by way to quick! I can’t wait to see you on this journey!!!

I was pregnant at the beginning of Covid and I never had a problem finding her heartbeat and the Doppler gave me huge peace of mind. Because of Covid, they were canceling my appointments or doing appointments via zoom and I was scared and anxious a lot and sometimes I wouldn’t feel her for hours and it was helpful having it.

My son is 4 months old, I checked the toilet paper every time I peed for blood the entire 41 weeks I was pregnant! I was also stressed for his well-being in there. It’s a big responsibility growing a little human! And not being able to see how he was doing was scary for me. Just need to try and enjoy each movement and change to your body as they come. Women’s body’s are incredible! You’re doing a big job! You got it mama

I just had my first baby last January, in 2022. My little princess 💟 is now almost a year old. I unexpectedly became pregnant again 5 months postpartum and due March 15th 2023, with a boy 💙 (i feel ya about the weather). Your beauty channel has long been one of my favorites. My baby is now 27, this was bringing back so many memories. Identical symptoms and worries and the one thing I did until delivery day was look, and expect, to see blood every time I went to the bathroom. I was exactly the same!! Never planned marriage or kids, but then found the one and things changed. Now I’m at a certain age where I can see myself being a mom and wanting kids. Anytime someone (always a woman with multiple children) would ask me when we're having another it took all I had not to cry. I'm not sure there was ever ill intent with their questions, but still hurt.

Thank you for shedding light on women asking other women when they are going to have a baby. My husband and I have been trying a little over 1.5 years with no success and it makes me sad sometimes and almost like a failure when I get asked when we are having one just because they don’t know we are trying and having a hard time. We have no idea what people go through and it’s a very personal and insensitive question. Thankfully my family and close friends have relaxed on asking us because they know we are having fertility problems. I think society has trained us to think that once someone gets engaged, we have to ask when the wedding will be and then once you get married it’s so common to ask when are you having kids and then when are you having another kid. I don’t know why it’s like that now a days. I’ve been following you for awhile, I love your chef Steph videos and now your pregnancy journey!!! A big congratulations to you!!

I had girls and both my pregnancies were soooo different. The first I had NO symptoms NONE, NADA & the second I felt what you're feeling, nauseated all the time never vomiting and that started in the 2nd trimester and was over by the 3 (which for me in both bellies was when I felt my self-esteem drop fully and I was just done). Crazy, but I hope you're enjoying it now and have a beautiful healthy baby girl ❤️

And you are so right about how people are rude about women wanting kids or when they are going to get pregnant etc. Everyone is so different . Example I’m your age and I have 4 kids ranging 13 down to 5. It’s what I chose and I wouldn’t change it for the world . People always ask if I regret having my kids young and I absolutely do not , my husband and I built a life together and we do well for ourselves .

I had really bad cramping in the first trimester too and I still do the toilet paper check. I definitely feel like this needs to be talked about more as a normal thing because it really is scary! I am 20 weeks this week. You and I have had very similar symptoms (pretty much none at all) and don't really feel pregnant most of the time unless I am getting up to pee at 3am lol. We had the ultrasound to find out the gender, but had the tech put it in an envelope for us to open in front of the family on Thanksgiving. It has been so hard to not check it on my phone though!!!

So exciting! We did the same but took the envelope to a bakery to make us a cake with either pink filling or blue filling. Well.. things got a little messed up because the Doctor wrote BOY on a PINK sticky post it. The bakery didn't READ IT! They only saw the pink color and assumed girl. So our cake was filled w pink filling. After we all screamed and celebrated for what we thought was a girl, a family member pulled out the envelope and saw what had happened. There was also an ultrasound pic with proof that we actually were prego with a baby boy! Super crazy! Emotions everywhere! Congrats to you! 💙🩷😁

I have a almost 6 month old. My first trimester I was super exhausted and I had cramping. I actually swore to my husband there was no way I was pregnant cause I was so sure I was getting my period (it’s common for them to be late at times for me) but I thought why not take a test and it was positive. It is super normal! Out of breathe, exhaustion, nausea, feeling off, sad, and crampy can all be normal. Even into my first and second trimester I would get cramping on and off. I’m a mom of 4 (2 of those being identical twins) Honestly I couldn’t see you as a mom because you are just so glamorous lol and motherhood feels less than glamorous at times. I am 36 and have PCOS and have been married for 10 years and I don’t see kids happening for us and that’s ok 😊 I get asked alllll the time when are we having kids and before I used to say “not now” (knowing it’s hard for me) but now I say “I can’t but thank you for asking” Always shuts them up. I’m pregnant with my second baby and I’ve had cramping in the first trimester as well. You’re right, it’s so scary. I also had some light spotting this time around but not with my first pregnancy. You’d think it gets easier after the first baby, but not really lol. It’s all nerve wracking. Congratulations on your baby!

I just had my baby 9 days ago and lemme tell ya lol aside from being uncomfortable and nauseated throughout my entire pregnancy, I too felt like I wasn’t pregnant (until my belly got too big to ignore 😂) it was and still is so surreal that I grew a human and now have a child/ am a parent 😳 before we got pregnant it was just a discussion and I too also wondered if having kids was right for me. I love being a mom. When women say there’s nothing like the love for your baby, you’re kinda just like ya ok, until you have them in your arms and the love is so unreal. I’m so excited for you and Tommy, you’re going to be great parents 🥹
