You inspired my journey. I started the rubber band method May 2020. Your hair looks beautiful. Two questions. One do you find your hair pulling at all with the rubber bands of yes how do you relieve the tension. Two how often are rubber bands not on your hair?

CongratsOn the journey😊. But no I don't have any tension or breakage cause I don't wrap tight and keep them pretty well moisturized

This looks SO GOOD WOW! I would definitely try this. What are the hemp seeds for? I see a lot of people use them for parfait bowls.

Hemp seeds are protein packed and mineral dense seeds. They have most of your essential minerals...zinc, iron, magnesium, fiber, etc. Good for inflammation, heart health, digestion, skin, nails, and so much more. Add it to foods and it helps fill you up and give you those nutrients without having to eat so much
