For athletic greens powder, you can try mixing it with half juice or flavored electrolyte powder like liquid IV. The texture is still there but it helps the flavor a lot

I rarely double post on a vid but after you mentioned Athletic Greens I wanted to say this: I recently (literally 3 days ago) started drinking LMNT electrolytes. I’m pretty sure Huberman mentioned them, but I heard Chris Williamson from Modern Wisdom talk about them. Brief history and why I tried it: 53, healthy but always tired and then I started having pain and stiffness body wide but notably in my hand, I have TOS (thoracic outlet syndrome) and I would repeatedly wake with numbness and then one day I had trigger finger and pain with lack of mobility, all day every day. Warmth would somewhat alleviate it but it returned. I’ve been taking Moringa and Boswellia for months. Bought a Celluma red light therapy device. It wasn’t until I added the LMNT that I not only noticed relief in my hand, but have more energy. I know this was long but I’ve been suffering for awhile and to have seen a result so quickly from such a simple thing, I have to mention it. I am not affiliated in any way, just hoping to help someone that may be going through it. Much love, always ✌🏼🌿

Love the video and the event seemed sooo nice. The makeup was amazing!!! You kind of pulled off JLo vibes when your hair was in a bun. Makeup-wise, it was wow!! Less is more for sure. In regards to Stila, I keep going back to their liquid waterproof black eyeliner and still have their Golightly eyeshadow from 2010 ☺️ The colour and texture is delicious!

I’ve been doing Athletic Greens for about 8 months and I love it! The key for me is to add more water so that the flavor is less intense, and it must super well blended and over ice with a straw, or mixed in a *super*cold water bottle when I’m traveling. Maybe that’ll help! 🤞🏻
