I've had moments where I've fallen short of being a good friend. I think the key to changing the way I've shown up is in accountability. Acknowledging where I've fallen short and not being afraid to ask my friends how I can better show up for them in the way they require. Then making a consistent effort to show up in that way.

Girl there's too many people that act like making mistakes or try to fault people when they need time for their selves. They act like it's worst thing in the world...no...we are all humans and there's no rule book for life. Best thing I say to people is do what's best for you. Put whoever you believe in first and then rest will fall in place. Also sometimes in friendship ITS NOT JUST A YOU THING. It might mean you out grew that friendship . I don't know the back store but I want it to be clear sometimes it doesn't just fall on you 😉

I had a similar moment of reflection on my friendships and how I felt like I let my closer friends down chasing after people I considered friends who didn't view me as such. I think it taught me that the most important part of being a good friend is taking accountability for your actions as a friend and making sure to apologize when you're wrong, consistently show up for those people, and prioritize their friendship honestly.

For me , a good solid friend is someone I don't have to talk to every single day for them to understand I truly value them! Also, if it's an issue I prefer someone to come talk to me vs being passive aggressive. I show up as a friend by being the friend I want to see

it's important to be there for others but also be there for yourself as well. if you fall short on being a friend it's firstly important to acknowledge and apologize for it. meeting each other in the middle and both understanding... this goes for any relationship.

That’s such a good question. Sometimes you really have to reflect on your friendships. I have a very few friends that I basically consider family. I have many acquaintances, but super few friends. We’ve been friends for over 10 years. I make sure to stay connected with them in our group chat, as well as go out or spend time with them when I can. Stay as authentic as you can and be transparent with your friends. I stay accountable by being honest with them. If I can’t show up, I give them the most authentic reason why I can’t. We’re all moms and for the most part have an understanding that life happens. Communication is key with any relationship/friendship. Btw, I love this style!

What i look 4 in a friend is someone who listens to my problems,responds and give advice if they have any. I also want a friend to show up 4 me in my times of need. I hold myself accountable only by giving out what I expect. The golden rule means a lot here. Treat others how you want to be treated.

Interesting video! I had a friend I didn't show up for. I had my own stuff going on. By the time I circled back my friend was so hurt that we couldn't put our friendship back together again. I apologized and tried for a year, but it was not to be. I'm still sad. I have learned from this situation.

24 hr. edge tamer is good (purple jar) edge booster lays my edges really good too, It just turn white on me. I’ve heard all of them don’t do that though.
